When is the Annual HOA Meeting Held?
The Annual HOA Meeting is typically held at the Clubhouse during the month of October or November. The purpose of the meeting is to review progress during the past year, elect board members, act upon any measures to be voted on, and present the operating budget for the coming year. It is vital to your interest as a property owner and to the welfare of the Beachwalk community that you attend the Annual Meeting.

BOD Meetings
When are the BOD Meetings Held?
Per our Bylaws, we are required to hold, at minimum, quarterly meetings. Beachwalk's Board of Directors Meetings are held quarterly at the Clubhouse, the second Wednesday, at 4:00 pm, unless otherwise noted. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend the Beachwalk Board of Directors meetings. Residents are given an opportunity to express their concerns or issues relative to Beachwalk.
