About
- Located at 121 Settlers Lane.
- May 15th opening
- Hours: Dawn - 10:00 PM
- Access to the swimming pool/cabana area require the use of an electronic proximity access control card.
- Emergency telephone is located inside the cabana.
- Please be courteous and:
- Arrange chairs and tables like you found them.
- Dispose your trash in the trash receptacles provided and ensure lids are properly secured.
- Night/evening swimmers, please be respectful of our friends who live in close proximity to the pool with respect to noise
Pool Rules as Posted at the Swimming Pool
The following are prohibited in the pool and pool area:
Before entering the pool:
Pregnant women, elderly, and persons afflicted with any debilitating illness require permission from their doctor
Enter at your own risk; members and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries
Management reserves right to deny use of pool to anyone at anytime
Pool and pool area will be closed during severe or dangerous weather
Pool usage limited to maximum 80 swimmers
The pool is open from May 15 through Oct 31, from dawn to 10:00 PM.
For the security and safety of Beachwalk residents, do not prop the gate open.
- Any person under the influence of alcohol or drowsiness-drugs
- Any person with skin cuts, infections, or communicable diseases
- Spitting or discharging bodily fluids
- Body oils and lotions
- Glass containers and other hazardous objects
- Diving, running, and rough play
- Use of tobacco products or electric-cigarettes (vaping)
- Animals, except for service animals for the handicapped

- All swimmers must shower
- All children must have adult supervision
- Inexperienced swimmers must be accompanied by an experienced swimmer

Supplemental Pool Rules
- The pool area may be closed by management at any time for safety reasons. When the pool is closed everyone must exit the pool area
- There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. All pool users are responsible for their own safety.
- The pool is for private use by Beachwalk homeowners and their guests. Guests cannot bring other guests to use the pool area. Large groups (more than 10 people) planning to use the pool area must be approved in advance.
- Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time
- Landlords of Beachwalk property convey their swimming pool privileges to their renters during times their property is rented and have swimming pool privileges only during the time their property is not rented.
- Beachwalk property owners are responsible for the behavior of their renters and guests. Violations of the Pool Rules could result in loss of pool privileges assigned to that property.
- Adults are defined as being at least 18 years old.
- Trash is to be deposited in waste receptacle or removed from the pool area
- Appropriate attire is required; no cut-offs allowed in pool
- Swimmer diapers are required for infants and babies
- Limit of one pool toy per person
- Pool toys designed for more than one person are prohibited
- Personal items (such as, coolers, pool toys etc.) may not be left in the pool area or cabana overnight
- No skateboards, roller blades, or bicycles are allowed in the pool area
- Safety equipment (hook and throw ring) shall be used only in emergencies
- Do not leave the pool gate propped open.
- Minors (14 years of age and older) may swim without supervision - parents must fill out/sign this WAIVER and return to Cindy.
Swimming Pool Reservations
The swimming pool/cabana fenced area is separate from the clubhouse and may not be reserved.

Organized classes
Organized classes, paid or unpaid, are prohibited.
